PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labor for filling putty in a clearance between a sleeve and a pipe mounted in a wall hole when piping is performed through a wall.;SOLUTION: A flexible and extensible plug plate 3 having an insertion hole 31 formed at the center part thereof is injection-molded to the outer end surface of the flange 22 at one end of a tubular body 2 to firmly and integrally fix to the flange 22. A sleeve 1 is fitted into the wall hole 61 to push open the hole 31 of the plug plate 3 and the pipe 7 is passed through the sleeve 1. The hole edge of the plug plate is fitted closely to the outer periphery of the pipe 7 by the elastic return of the plug plate 3. Accordingly, since a clearance between the tubular body 2 of the sleeve 1 and the pipe 7 is cut out from the outdoors, and the entry of the outside air and the blow-in of rain water can be prevented. Thus, field work for filling putty in the clearance between the sleeve 1 and the pipe 7 can be eliminated, and a difference between aesthetic appearances due to a difference in skill for filling the putty is not produced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
