PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve a problem wherein construction of credit for investment and financial support between individuals on the Internet for incorporation of a new enterprise is difficult.;SOLUTION: In a situation wherein support between individuals on the Internet for incorporation of a new enterprise is difficult, new business development support is made possible by carrying out fund support with respect to bond issue of an incorporation desiring side (a support target) after an Internet host management corporate body receives fund support from a supporter on the basis of accurate personal information. Stock issue by convertible bonds is also possible by a request of the supporter, and profits of the supporter is supported by changing over rights to the supporter individual or corporate body from the host management corporate body owning bonds or stock. Since the host management corporate body does not stand in debt to the supporter when a debt cannot be collected after carrying out investment or financing, a cumulative periodic loss through a business recognition period of the host management corporate body is prevented.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
