PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium for judging authenticity capable of eliminating problems that it is difficult to shorten manufacturing time and that it is difficult to change the pattern of a decision part because many stages are required at the time of manufacturing an embossing mold in the case of forming the decision part by embossed hologram. PSOLUTION: By laminating an oriented film 3 and a light selective reflection pattern layer 4 composed of cholesteric liquid crystal layer on a base material 2, authenticity judgement using right-handed circularly polarized light and left-handed circularly polarized light is realized.
