PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized and inexpensive orbit satellite tracking antenna system that satisfies a wide operation range and enhances the tracking accuracy without the need for using an expensive and complicated drive mechanism in order to implement high speed data communication with low orbit satellites.;SOLUTION: The orbit satellite tracking antenna system is provided with a received wave feedback control circuit 11 having a function that sets a measurement orbit generating parameter to generate a measurement orbit around an optional point on a target orbit provided in advance to an antenna section 1 to track an orbital satellite and that measures a reception level of an antenna section 1 on the measurement orbit and having a function that calculates a correction vector denoting a direction in which the position and the attitude of the antenna section 1 is to be corrected and denoting a correction amount in order to decrease the tracking error of the antenna section 1 with respect to the orbit satellite on the basis of the measured reception level. Thus a position attitude correction control system is configured where data of the correction vector are added to target orbit data 12 to control an antenna driver 2 through a controller 14 and a motor drive circuit 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
