PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new macromolecular compound using two intermolecular interactions of metal coordination interaction and hydrogen bond interaction as a coupling scheme.;SOLUTION: The noncovalent bond-type polymer is represented by the general formula (wherein, M is a transition metal coordinating with four nitrogen atoms and two nitrogen atoms included in Q; Q is a functional group selected from the group consisting of a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound coordinatable with a metal, and a group consisting of an aromatic amine; P is a group selected from an aliphatic hydrocarbon and an aromatic hydrocarbon; R is a group selected from an aliphatic hydrocarbon which may be substituted with an ester group, an ether group or a tert-butyl group, and an aromatic hydrocarbon; Y is a group selected from an aliphatic hydrocarbon and an aromatic hydrocarbon; and X is an arbitrary anion).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
