PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge the winding diameter, while holding its compactness and to facilitate the movement after switching a partition member by setting a partition member between spindle shafts to a curved partition board and bending and reversing it so as to form a projecting face toward a standby spindle shaft side. ;SOLUTION: A turret 2 for a synthetic fiber windier is rotatably installed via a horizontal shaft in front of a machine base 1, and two spindles 3, 4 rotationally projected at an interval 180°C to the turret 2 across the rotation center so as to be extended horizontally.
