PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a present competitor to instantaneously find how faster or slower he or she is then the other competitors at the time of television broadcasting sport competition such as ski or marathon by displaying the video of a robot camera and the video of a master side camera so that they can be compared under the same condition. SOLUTION: An automatically photographing robot camera 50 is set almost at the same position in the same sports ground as a master side camera 10, and competitors can be photographed under the same condition. The robot camera 50 is driven through a driving circuit 41 by reference data from a control CPU 40. A video signal VSM from a master side camera 10 is inputted to a recording device 2, and recorded, and a video signal VSMT with a time code is inputted to a picture processor 1. Also, a video signal VSR from the robot camera 50 is directly inputted to the picture processor 1. Then, those signals are processed by the picture processor 1, and displayed at a display device 3. Thus, two competitors are viewed while being compared at the same time.
