METHOD FOR THE PREPARATION OF PRO- AND PRE-BIOTIC PRODUCT (SYNBIOTIC) ON LACTIC BASE

By the method a product of pro- and pre-biotic properties (synbiotic) is produced for nutritive, prophylactic and therapeutic purposes. On lactic base, lactic acid microflora is grown with the participation of active strains Lb. Bulgaricus. The method comprises selection of strains of the microflora, selection of the conditions and parameters of cultivation, including the preparation of the cultivation medium, the heat regimes of the treatment of milk and fermentation, the degree of fermentation, the regime of cooling and storage. The product is made in two alternatives: dry and liquid. It is characterised by the content of valuable biological compositions in active condition for the organism: live cells of Lb. Bulgaricus, Lb. Acidophilus and Lb. Bifidus - over 108/g enzymes, amino acids,vitamins, immune substances, proteins, microelements, and others.
