摘要

he invention relates to a smart method and an integrated electronic arrangement destined for the management of the internal environment and energy of buildings. It is an integrated technological product composed of a Single Board Computer (SBC) 1, a Building's Network Bus 3 (BNB), a Coupler unit connecting the Serial Port of the SBC to the BNB 2, and an original software providing the followingoperations: reading/ entry of data from and to BNB, permanent control of the internal environment of buildings (air quality, thermal & optical comfort conditions) with synchronical savings in energy via control of the heating, cooling, lighting and venting systems by use of a specially-designed fuzzy logic controller. For comfort, the invention saves energy by giving priority to pathetical heating, cooling, lighting and venting techniques; it accepts the preferences of the inhabitants of the building via a screen-and-keyboard arrangement, and it communicates, through the Internet, by offering, simultaneously, full possibilities in remotely controlling energy in buildings.
