An isolated nucleic acid having at least 80% sequence identity to a nucleotide sequence that encodes a polypeptide designated PRO1788 comprising the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:397 is described. Preferably the nucleic acid comprises the sequence of SEQ ID NO:369 or is that deposited under accession number ATCC 203480.
