摘要
The invention relates to a process for producing fine fibers from flax and hemp rags, used in the cotton-spinning. According to the invention, the process consists in that the flax and hemp rags are subjected to a physical and chemical treatment of simulaneously emulsifying and cottonizing, by immersion into a solution containing: 10...20% suprarefined mineral oil, 1...5% thriethanolamine, 1...8% nonylphenolethoxylate, 1...6% linear alkylbenzensuphonic acid, 0.05...0.5% NaOH, 1.2...2.4% alkylphenolpolyethoxylate phosphates and water, in a ratio of 85.75...58.10% solution which is applied in a concentration of 2...20%, related to the quantity of fiber subjected to treatment, then the thus immersed fibers being subjected to ultrasounds, to a frequency of 40...60 kHz, at a temperature of 20...80 C and a float pH ranging between 9...11, wherein they are maintained for 1...6 h.
