METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING DISORDERS IN FUNCTIONAL STATE OF ENDOTHELIUM IN PERIPHERAL ARTERIES IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME

The method for diagnosing the disorders in the functional state of the endothelium in the peripheral arteries in the patients with the acute coronary syndrome comprises the assessment of the blood flow rate in the arteries of the forearm before the shoulder is pressed with the cuff and in the peak of hyperemia using Doppler flow meter. The integralindex of reactivity is calculated. The diagnosis is made taking into account the values of the calculated index.
