ON-LINE, THERMO-CHEMICAL PROCESS FOR THE DEWAXING OF OIL EXPORT PIPELINES

摘要

An on-line, thermo-chemical process for the dewaxing of oil export pipelineswith the aid of a Nitrogen Generating System isdescribed, wherein the treating fluid to be employed as dewaxing fluidcomprises: a) a solution of nitrogen salts activated by emulsifiedacetic acid and designed to yield nitrogen and heat, and b) a solvent, whichis the pretroleum oil being produced. The dewaxing treatmentis effected at the same time as the pretroleum oil is produced, this leadingto great savings in costs and energy.
