The invention relates to aqueous preparations as described in the claims, comprising detergents and a particular combination of polysaccharide polymers, in particular, of plant origin and tetra-copolymers with four different sub-units. On application, for example for cleaning the skin, an intensive care effect can be achieved, such as otherwise only obtained with products with a high lipid content and/or other particular additives and whilst leaving no unpleasant greasy sensation. A good foam development is nevertheless achieved. The macromolecular substances have a synergistic effect such that the desired effects for the preparation are achieved immediately on application and with a subsequent long-lasting effect.
