Provided are a hollow metallic sphere structure body that is easy to produce and with which a structure body having a complex shape can be formed, a hollow metallic sphere formed body, and a method of producing a hollow metallic sphere structure body. A method of forming a structure body having hollow metallic spheres (11), wherein joining agent layers (12) are formed on the surfaces of the metallic spheres (11), the metallic spheres (11) on which the joining agent layers (12) are formed are received inside a hollow outer shell member (2), and the joining agent layers (12) of the metallic spheres (11) are joined to each other inside the outer shell member (2). Since the hollow metallic spheres are received in the outer shell member (2) and the metallic spheres (11) are joined to be a formed body (3), the strength and impact absorbing ability of the structure body can be enhanced. Further, since the metallic spheres (11) are joined after being placed in the outer shell member (2), the metallic spheres (11) can be reliably filled inside the outer shell member (2) even if it has a complex shape.
