PURPOSE: A method for producing a hot-melt type multilayered adhesive film and device used therein are provided to make possible to achieve convenient and perfect adhesion by heating at low temperature, without using chemical adhesives, and improve the productivity and process efficiency owing to its simplified process. CONSTITUTION: The hot-melt type multilayered adhesive film is produced by hot-melting and fixing an adhesive film to a substrate in the form of a film or a sheet, wherein the surface of the adhesive sheet comprises a protective film or a sheet of a resin layer that is formed of a resin having a high melting point, and wherein the other side of the adhesive sheet comprises a film or sheet having a buffering effect, which is formed of a resin having a low melting point. The device used for producing the hot-melt type multilayered adhesive film comprises: an extruder for discharging a melted resin under a high temperature and pressure condition; a cast die for forming a film or sheet with the discharged resin; a pair of pinch rolls for flattening the resulted film; a roll of an adhesive tape(1) that is to be melted and fixed to a substrate and a roll of a substrate sheet(2); a pair of heating rolls(4,5) made of silicon; optionally a cooling roll(3); and optionally a roll(6) for winding the film or sheet.
