PURPOSE: A paper handling device of a bookbinding device is provided to transfer accumulated paper bundles to a tape heating device through a rotative stopper and a paper clamp, and to control entire supportive positions of the paper bundles according to a tape binding position, thereby reducing a tape binding error. CONSTITUTION: A paper array device(103) comprises as follows. A tray(116) puts papers thereon. A rotative stopper(119) stops the papers accumulated on the tray(116). A paper clamp(115) grips the accumulated paper bundles, and transfers the gripped paper bundles to a paper after-treatment unit(7) when the stopping is released. A bookbinding return device(104) comprises a lifting unit(120) for controlling an angle such that the binding-completed paper bundles can be transferred to a position of a receiving stacker, while supporting the paper bundles during a binding process.
