HERBAL COMPOSITION FOR PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF ATOPIC DERMATITIS BY INHIBITING ACTIVATING FACTOR OF INFLAMMATORY CELLS IN ATOPIC DERMATITIS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided are herbal composition for the prevention and treatment of atopic dermatitis by inhibiting activating factor of inflammatory cells in atopic dermatitis and a method for manufacturing the same. The composition is processed into powder or liquid and then used for remedies or foods and cosmetics for the prevention and treatment of atopic dermatitis. CONSTITUTION: The herbal composition for the prevention and treatment of atopic dermatitis is manufactured by extracting a herbal mixture of 6-7 wt.% of fresh pine needle, 5-6 wt.% of Ulmus macrocarpa HANCE, 3-4 wt.% of fresh Acanthopanax, 5-6 wt.% of fresh Lonicera japonica, 3-4 wt.% of fresh mulberry leaf, 0.3-0.4 wt.% of bamboo dew, 2-3 wt.% of fresh arrowroot, 2-3 wt.% of fresh mugwort, 2-3 wt.% of Salicornia Herbacea, 2-3 wt.% of fresh chestnut, 1-2 wt.% of licorice, 1-2 wt.% of fresh garlic, 1-2 wt.% of green tea leaf, 2-3 wt.% of sea tangle, and 2-3 wt.% of fresh Plantaginaceae, by boiling at 100-130 deg.C for 2-4 hours; and processing the extract into powder or liquid.
