PURPOSE: To provide a stand pipe forming system for automating respective processes for forming the stand pipe in which thickness and diameter of a curved part are less changed during the bending process, position of hole is uniform, and the circumference of the hole is not depressed. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a pipe material loading part (100) for loading a pipe material cut to a certain length; a pipe material bending part (200) for bending the pipe material transferred from the pipe material loading part to a certain angle; a pipe material reduction part (300) for reducing diameter of one end of the pipe material bent to the certain angle; a cross section sanding part (400) for sanding both ends of the reduced pipe material; a pipe material perforating part (500) for forming a hole on one side in the other end of a curved part of the sanded pipe material; a pipe material transfer part comprising a robot arm cylinder driving part to automatically transfer the pipe material positioned in the respective processes to the following process; a hydraulic pressure generating part (700) for generating hydraulic pressure by pumping oil contained in tank by using a motor; a process cylinder driving part (800) for operating straight line motion of hydraulic cylinder in the respective processes according to control signals; and a process control part (900) for storing a process program in which motion method, motion sequence and motion time of cylinders installed in the respective processes are set and outputting control signals to the process cylinder driving part and the robot arm cylinder driving part according to the process program.
