PURPOSE: A method for processing a call during call communication of a mobile communication network is provided to inform an origination terminal that a destination terminal is engaged and connect a speech path between the origination and destination terminals when the call of the destination terminal is terminated. CONSTITUTION: When an origination terminal generates a call(S301) but a destination terminal is in call communication, a destination MSC(Mobile Switching Center) informs an origination MSC that the destination terminal is in call communication and the origination MSC informs a contents server that the destination terminal is in call communication(S303,S305). When the origination terminal requests call waiting, the contents server provides a voice announcement to the origination terminal(S307,S309). When the origination terminal selects specific voice information contents, the contents server provides corresponding voice information to the destination terminal(S311,S313). When the call of the destination terminal is terminated, the origination MSC informs the contents server accordingly, transmits a paging signal to the destination terminal and supplies a ring-back tone to the origination terminal, and then, when the call is selected by the destination terminal, the origination MSC connects a speech path between the destination terminal and the origination terminal(S315-S319).
