PURPOSE: A manufacture method of an inter-story sound-absorbing member using waste urethane and waste ceramics is provided to recycle waste urethane having excellent adiabatic effect by using a mixture of waste urethane and waste ceramics as sound-absorbing materials and adiabatic materials and to increase the durability of construction materials by using the antibacterial and far infrared effects of ceramics. CONSTITUTION: The manufacture method of an inter-story sound-absorbing member(1) using waste urethane and ceramics comprises the steps of crushing waste urethane and waste ceramics, then mixing with cement and sand, adding water to a mixture(2), and compressing/packing in a packing material(3) into the appointed size using a sealant(4). The inter-story sound-absorbing member(1) is placed between an inter-story slab and an aerated concrete layer of a building.
