PURPOSE: A club management system and method using a mobile communication system are provided to promote family relationships and affection among family members by allowing parents to recognize a physical condition and activities of their children. CONSTITUTION: A notification DB(S30) stores a notification for club members. A terminal state DB(S40) stores each state of a mobile terminal of each member. An SMS(Short Message Service) server(S10) transmits a text message if a notification needs to be delivered by a member. A mobile terminal(S50) includes a temperature sensor for measuring an ambient temperature. A management server(S20) receives the ambient temperature and a radiowave state from the mobile terminal and stores them in the terminal state DB, stores an inputted notification in the notification DB(S30) and transfers the notification to each member through the SMS server(S10), and manages club members through the mobile terminal(S50).
