PURPOSE: To provide a twisting mold of chain forming machine, which greatly shortens working time, greatly reduces mold cost and obtains good-looking chain products having high strength by simultaneously performing pressing and twisting operations through one mold operation. CONSTITUTION: The twisting mold(1) of chain forming machine comprises guiding and pressing parts(14,24) comprising cutting surfaces(11,21) of fixed mold(10) and movable mold(20) formed on a front part of the chain admission side of the fixed mold and the movable mold with being angled to an angle of 10 to 30 degrees clockwise from a horizontal plane, and pressing holes(12,22) formed on a central side of the cutting surfaces, wherein as it goes from a front side of the fixed and movable molds to an inner side thereof, angles of the cutting surfaces of the fixed and movable molds are gradually decreased such that the cutting surfaces are slowly inclined to a horizontal direction, and the pressing holes are also getting smaller or narrower so that a chain is thinly pressed; right angle pressing parts(16,26) comprising intermediate cutting surfaces(11,21) of the fixed and movable molds horizontally formed on extension lines of the guiding and pressing parts, and pressing holes(12,22) formed in the same shape and thickness of the chain to be pressed on the center of the intermediate cutting surfaces so that the movable mold hits the chain put on the fixed mold to a right angle; and chain twisting parts(18,28) comprising cutting surfaces(11,21) of the fixed and movable molds formed on a front part of the chain discharge side of the fixed and movable molds with being formed on extension lines of the right angle pressing parts in such a way that the cutting surfaces are slowly inclined to be angled in 10 to 30 degrees counterclockwise from a horizontal plane, and pressing holes(12,22) formed on the center of the cutting surfaces in the same size as the right angle pressing parts so that the pressed chain is twisted to an angle of 10 to 30 degrees counterclockwise.
