PURPOSE: A method for applying a system interconnection economical efficiency estimation method considering environmental factors to an electric power industry through a numeric model is provided to offer various methods for estimating an economical efficiency according to the system interconnection and the numeric model for an exhaust gas reducing effect. CONSTITUTION: A target function representing a sum of entire power plant expense and national environmental tax expense is found. A range commonly satisfying a plant capacity balance condition, a power plant restriction condition, an interconnection passage restriction condition a water pumping power source restriction condition, a water pumping power source balance condition, and a hydraulic power source restriction condition is found. A minimum value of the target function is found within the range.
