PURPOSE: A dry hypocaust fabricated steel foam flooring material for insulating noise, vibration and heat of a building is provided to prevent heat loss and vibration by stacking the heat, vibration and noise insulating cushion member on the steel plate, and to reduce the construction period by arranging the steel panels. CONSTITUTION: A dry hypocaust steel foam fabricated flooring material is formed by stacking heat insulating and vibration damping members on the upper part and stacking thermal insulating and sound absorbing members in the lower part, and composed of a steel frame(1-(1)), a steel panel(1-(3)) as the finishing material of the upper part, a steel screw support column(1-(4)) adjusting the height of the flooring material, a rubber damping packing(1-(5)) insulating vibration sound, a joint connecting link(1-(6)), and a polyethylene foam cushion(1-(7)) stacked on the upper part of the steel panel without air cells for insulating heat, vibration and noise.
