PURPOSE: Men's pants comprising a penis receiving portion, a scrotum receiving portion and a cover for covering the scrotum between the receiving portion and scrotum receiving portion are provided. They block the contact of the penis, scrotum and groin perfectly while separating them, thereby preventing the occurrence of various skin diseases. CONSTITUTION: The men's pants comprise: a penis receiving potion(3) containing a supporting band(1) extended to the outside and a round-shaped penis outlet(2); a scrotum receiving portion(6) formed at the lower side of the penis receiving portion while containing a scrotum outlet(4) for inducing the scrotum and a fixing band(5) at the outside end part; and a cover(9) for covering the scrotum between the receiving portion and scrotum receiving portion. The men's pants are made from a fabric, in particular the outside surface of the penis outlet and scrotum outlet is made from a polyester mesh fabric having good restoring properties.
