Purpose: structure, the drain pipe for connecting water supply and in road construction and building are arranged to prevent the sinking of mellow soil, limit the leakage of coupling part, by being firmly attached corrugated hose or pipe with simple process and improving elasticity. Construction: in conjunction with the coupling part as drain pipe spiral pipe placed under ground, the both sides of the item of waterproof are tightened the item (3) of a waterproof by knitting yarns. Inside a spiral pipe coupling arrangement includes that spirally winding that is flexible and extending waterproof is formed in the assembling parts at both ends according to arrangement of reinforcement wall (4) the binding prestress beam of screw thread shape being integrally formed outside one. Fitting limit is formed by protruding external arrangement of reinforcement wall, and insertion hole (13,13') is formed in spiral pipe coupling arrangement. One planker (16) is formed in fitting limit, and by insertion knitting yarn to fitting limit, the item of waterproof is tightened by percent thermal shrinkage.
