PURPOSE: An MPEG-4 based reservation recording device for reserve-recording a TV program by interworking with a mobile terminal and downloading the program to the mobile terminal to enjoy the downloaded program is provided to store a reserved TV program, and to transmit the stored program to a mobile communication terminal through a USB port, so that a user can enjoy the transmitted program. CONSTITUTION: A reservation recording controller(106) comprises a reservation recording menu program supplier(108) for supplying a reservation recording menu program and a clock(112) for supplying current time data, and monitors whether a reserved set time comes, then commands a recording start. An A/D converter(116) inputs analog video and audio signals to convert into digital signals, and supplies digital video and audio signals. An MPEG-4 compressor(118) supplies a compressed moving image by compressing the digital signals. A memory(120) stores the compressed moving image. A USB interface(104) shares the stored moving image with an external device including a mobile terminal(14).
