HOT WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM FOR ESTIMATING AND CONTROLLING INPUT AMOUNT OF GAS DEMANDED FOR HEAT EXCHANGER AT MAIN CONTROLLER BY COMPARING DEMAND CONDITION OF USER AND PRESENT HOT WATER USE STATE BY INFORMATION OF SENSORS
PURPOSE: A hot water supply system is provided to prevent the temperature of hot water from rising excessively by mixing the hot water and cold water by mounting fixed and variable bypass pipes between a cold inlet pipe and a hot water supply pipe. CONSTITUTION: A hot water supply system is composed of a main controller(27) for controlling operations by receiving input signals of various sensors; a cold water inlet pipe(20) for sucking in the cold water; a hot water supply pipe(24) for feeding the hot water; a heat exchanger(31) for heating the cold water received through the cold water inlet pipe by a burner(29) and supplying the hot water through the hot water supply pipe; a fixed bypass pipe(1) installed between the cold water inlet pipe and the hot water supply pipe to mix the cold water with the hot water discharged from an outlet of the heat exchanger by bypassing the constant amount of the cold water; and a variable bypass pipe(2) disposed to regulate the amount of bypassed cold water through a three-way valve(6) installed at the hot water supply pipe, separately from the fixed bypass pipe.
