METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CALCULATING OUTCOME ATTAINMENT DEGREE IN A OUTCOME MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND A RECORDING MEDIUM BEING READED BY COMPUTER SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method and a device for producing the score achievement degree in a score management system are provided to automatically produce the achievement degrees of a lot of management indexes as rapidly and smoothly facing the change of management environment in the score management system. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a source system, a BSC(Balanced Score Card) system and a client system. The source system includes a production integration DB(101), a sales information DB(103), an accounting DB(105), a production cost DB(107), a personnel DB(109), an education DB(111) and a quality information DB(112). The BSC system includes a data processing part, an operation data store, and a data classification part. The data processing part takes the necessary data from the DB data of source system, converts into a proper format and stores in an operation DB(119). The client system includes a work-site worker, a system user and a system manager. The work-site worker inputs the information such as a market share and a degree of customer satisfaction to the BSC system. The inputted data is stored in the administration DB(122), properly processed and classified according to the system management data, stored in a class data DB(123), and used by the system manager.
