PURPOSE: An internationally common personal portable communication apparatus is provided to form equally used parts only on an apparatus body regardless of communication systems, and to form other parts dependent upon the communication systems on a slot, thereby making a call through a mobile communication base station serviced in a corresponding country by only changing the slot. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus body(11) receives a plurality of configuration blocks. A key input unit(13) is formed in the front of the apparatus body(11) to input a subscriber number and a communication start command. An LCD(15) visually displays an input and a response in accordance with the input. A receiving portion(17) is configured in rectangular shape on a rear side of the LCD(15) and the key input unit(13). A slot(19) is inserted with at least one of CDMA, AMPS(Advance Mobile Phone System), GSM(Group Special Mobile), and TACS(Total Access Communication System) types.
