PURPOSE: A device and method for manufacturing an environment-friendly urinary drainage bag is provided to seal up the body of the urinary drainage bag and to firmly join a tube to the body. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing a urinary drainage bag is composed of a pneumatic cylinder(32), an upper mold(34a) installed at the lower end of the pneumatic cylinder and having a hemispheric concave unit(34a'), a lower mold(34b) installed at the lower side of the upper mold and having a hemispheric concave unit(34b'), a table(35) installed over the upper end of the lower mold, and an opened unit(35a) formed at the table. The opened unit is larger than the lower mold and the upper mold so that the upper mold is contacted with the lower mold. Heating wires of an electric heater(31) heat the upper mold and the lower mold instantaneously.
