PURPOSE: A flow mole system for constructing an underpass for railway and a construction method thereof are provided to reduce construction cost by constructing the underpass conveniently and quickly without excavating the railway with the flow mole underpass constructing system. CONSTITUTION: A flow mole system for constructing an underpass is composed of a channel culvert(1) integrating the floor, walls and the ceiling, and mounting an excavation screen mounting nut(5); an excavation screen having an inclined surface(23) in the end of a side wall to prevent landslide in digging the road bed and perforating mounting holes as many as nuts of the culvert; an excavation blade(3) attached to the ceiling of the excavation screen and the lower part to adjust the digging angle by a digging angle adjuster(6); and a culvert pressure unit composed of a hydraulic unit. The underpass constructing system is installed in the installation place of the underpass, and the culvert is fitted with digging the roadbed gradually. The culvert is placed accurately, and the underpass crossing the established railway is constructed.
