MULTI-COLOR FLAME JET TO INJECT COLOR FLAMES OF RED, GREEN, BLUE AND YELLOW BY MIXING FOUR COLOR SOLUTION WITH COMBUSTION GAS

PURPOSE: A multi-color flame projector is provided to generate color frames by equipping with color solutions, mixing the color solutions with combustion gas and combusting the mixed gas. CONSTITUTION: A main body is a hexagonal shape. Four projection holes are vertically punched in the main body. Four container supports are arranged in the bottom of the main body. Input/output ports(5,6) receive and transmit electric signals by installing in the lower part of the main body and composing of five pins to be connected with a controller. The input/output ports are connected in parallel each other. A switch box(14) is connected with the input/output ports and installed inside the main body. A distributor(10) is installed inside the upper part of the main body. The distributor distributes combustion gas by installing between primary ignition solenoids(8,12). Solution injection solenoids(15R,15G,15B,15Y) receive the combustion gas by connecting with the distributor. The solution injection solenoids are controlled through the electric signals by connecting with the switch box. Venturi nozzles(16R,16G,16B,16Y) are connected with the upper parts of the solution injection solenoids and arranged around the primary injection nozzle(12) of the main body. Solution containers(18R,18G,18B,18Y) contain color solutions by fixing in the container supports. One ends of solution supply hoses(22) are connected with the sides of the venturi nozzles and the other ends of the solution supply hoses are deeply inserted into the inner bottom of the solution containers. Solution inlets(17R,17G,17B,17Y) inject and supplement color solutions by connecting with the lids of the solution containers and fixing in the main body. An upper cover is fixed in the upper part of the main body. The upper cover protects an ignition plug, the primary ignition nozzle and venturi nozzles by forming a hole-shaped crater(20) in the center and locating the ignition plug, the primary ignition nozzle and the venturi nozzles inside the crater. Thereby, a multi-color flame projector expresses color flames by mixing the combustion gas with the color solutions and combusting.
