PURPOSE: A cellular phone battery comprising a non-contact smart card chip is provided to comprise a smart IC chip module for inputting/outputting data in non-contact way, thereby conducting mobile e-commerce, debit transactions, and bus or subway payment functions. CONSTITUTION: A chip module receiving groove(44) is formed in certain depth on an inner surface of an outer cover(46) of a battery. A smart IC chip module(42) for performing a non-contact data transceiving function is inserted into the chip module receiving groove(44). An electromagnetic wave shielding plate(40) is installed on a surface of the smart IC chip module(42) to shield an electromagnetic wave. An isolation plate(38) is interposed to isolate a battery pack(34) where an operational power is stored from the electromagnetic wave shielding plate(40), so that the pack(34) is not directly contacted with the plate(40).
