摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a continuous hot finish rolling mill capable of preventing fracture of strip by operating loopers according to the state of strip, and a finish rolling method by the continuous hot finish rolling mill. CONSTITUTION: In a finish rolling mill of a continuous hot rolling line for continuously rolling strip, the finish rolling mill of the continuous hot rolling line comprises rolling rolls(41) arranged with being spaced apart from each other in a certain distance to roll the strip continuously; loopers(110) installed between the rolling rolls to control tension of the strip; driving units(12) connected to the loopers to operate the loopers; a detector(15) installed at one side of the foremost front rolling roll to sense approach of a joint part between strips; an operation processor(14) for calculating position of the joint part of the strips according to the passage of admission time of the joint part through an electric signal transmitted from the detector and input data such as rotary speed of the rolling rolls; and a controller(13) for operating operation of the loopers by means of the driving units according to the position of the joint part of the strips calculated in the operation processor.
