METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MANAGING CAREER OF EACH MANPOWER RESOURCE THROUGH INTERNET

PURPOSE: A method and a system for managing career of each manpower resource through the Internet are provided to offer a total solution for a manpower resource/career management system, and a tool for determining an education direction of the weak manpower resource, and construct/operate a voluntarily learning organization through construction of a functional qualification system. CONSTITUTION: A database storing part(410) stores/outputs a database by responding to a database controlling signal. A terminal computer(420) generates a connection signal for connecting to the database storing part. A server computer(430) judges that the connection signal needs which data from the database by responding to the connection signal and generates the database control signal for finding out the requested data by responding to a judging result. The server computer transmits the database output from the database storing part to the terminal computer.
