PURPOSE: A crystallization method of chorismate synthase from Helicobacter pylori is provided, thereby effectively obtaining chorismate synthase having an easy X-ray analysis and improved crystallinity, so that the chorismate synthase can be useful for development of novel antibiotics. CONSTITUTION: The crystallization method of chorismate synthase from Helicobacter pylori comprises carrying out a hanging-drop vapor diffusion method of chorismate synthase in which 8 amino acid residues are added in the amino terminal using a reservoir solution containing polyethylene glycol 400(PEG 400) at 23 deg. C, wherein the reservoir solution comprises 0.2M calcium chloride, 10 to 50 mM DTT, 25 to 32% of PEG 400, and 0.10M Herpes buffer solution(pH 6.4).
