PURPOSE: An energy saving type room temperature control system of a dwelling building by prediction control is provided to save maintenance cost of the system by organically connecting a main computer and a valve controller of each room based on the BACnet technology. CONSTITUTION: According to the energy saving type room temperature control system controlling room temperature of each household by connecting an intelligent control unit and a central control and management system, a boiler(40) is installed in each household of an assembly building. A plurality of warm water pipes are buried in a wall or under the bottom of a plurality of rooms(LR,R1,...,Rn) of each household. A warm water distributer(50) comprises a plurality of branch pipes(51a,51b,...,51n) and a plurality of valves(50a,50b,...,50n). A room temperature control unit(60) measures indoor temperature and outdoor temperature of each household, and displays heating state of each household, and determines when to open and close the valves by a prediction control method by an artificial neural network learning model. A valve controller(30) outputs a valve open/close control signal of each valve to the warm water distributer. And a gateway(20) connects the valve controller and the central control and management system.
