PURPOSE: A schedule operation method of a water brake system is provided to increase the efficiency of an engine testing by inputting a manual operation method of the water brake system into an operation schedule table, automatically aligning input/output valves of the water brake system according to each data and operating the water brake system for a certain time. CONSTITUTION: Operating data by an operating time and a torque value of a water brake system is inputted into a schedule operation table. An engine efficiency test is performed based on the schedule operation table. A torque value and an operating time are measured by a torque sensor in the water brake system and compared with the schedule operation table. Adjusting values of an input valve and an output valves in the water brake system are outputted by performing an operation algorithm in a CPU(Central Processing unit). The output valve and the input valve are automatically adjusted by the outputted adjusting values. The water brake system is repeatedly operated according the schedule operation table by adjusting the input valve and the output valve. Thereby, the operating efficiency is improved and the operating time is saved.
