NIGHT GLOW ALUMINUM HOT FIX AND METHOD FOR PRODUCTION THEREOF COMPRISING LAMINATING PRIMER COATING LAYER, NIGHT GLOW COATING LAYER AND FLUORECENT LAYER IN ORDER

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for production of a night glow aluminum hot fix which has excellent heat resistance and exhibits various colors by fluorecent pigments in brighteness and by night glow pigments in darkness. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: forming a primer coating layer by applying primer coating liquid on the top of aluminum hot fix substrate; forming a night glow coating layer by applying night glow pigments together with the blended pigment obtained by blending from 10 to 30% by weight of common night glow pigments with from 70 to 90% by weight of liquid phase urethanes onto the primer coating layer; and forming a fluorecent coating layer by applying fluorecent pigments on the night glow coating layer. Each coating layer is formed by drying in the range of temperatures of 100 to 150 deg.C for 20 minutes to 1 hour.
