Purpose: providing a kind of method for being used to prepare functional rice, and a herbal ingredient of glutinous rehmannia rhizome is contained by the soaking rice in a glutinous rehmannia rhizome extract and drying. Product is that effectively, reduction is thirsty, and yin-nourishing (eum) enriches blood and expels hemostasis to heart is reinforced. Construction: in order to manufacture functional rice, then cleaning that paddy is dehydrated by clean water 2 times or more. Hereafter, dehydrated rice is immersed in the then dry glutinous rehmannia rhizome extract of dehydration. During process, drenched is repeated 2 times with dry method. For an example, 800g paddy ejected wash water 3 to 4 times are 12hr and in 60deg. with 320g glutinous rehmannia rhizome extracts are immersed inC.Dry Radix Rehmanniae stem extraction passes through in 100deg.C extracts 60g glutinous rehmannia rhizomes in 5L water as 4hr preparations, increases by 3,500cc glutinous rehmannia rhizome extract and then extracts to 2L water.
