摘要

PURPOSE: An interval controller of filling nozzles is provided to improve the productivity by quickly and simply controlling the interval of the filling nozzles corresponding to empty containers. CONSTITUTION: Filling nozzles(1a¯1d) are installed a same number centering a center supporting bracket(3). The filling nozzles are moved by controlling the interval through a screw shaft(4) and an upper and a lower sliding shafts(5a,5b). A first control screw(6a) and a second control screw(6b) having different pitches are installed in the screw shafts. Sliding brackets(7a,7b) are respectively installed in the first and the second control screws to be moved in the screw shaft with the first and the second control screw leftward and rightward. A link(9a) is connected with the outer filling nozzle(1a) through a middle hinge shaft(8a). The link is connected with a neighboring link(9b) through an upper hinge shaft(8a) in an upper long groove(10) of the first sliding bracket. The neighboring link is connected with a neighboring link(9c) through a lower hinge shaft(8c) in an upper long groove of the second sliding bracket(7b). The link is connected with a link(9d) through another lower hinge shaft in a lower long groove(10) of the center supporting bracket. Thereby, the interval of the filling nozzles is controlled simply and easily.
