PURPOSE: An amine blushing test kit is provided, thereby easily and rapidly detecting amine blushing defects on a dried coating film without damage of the coating film prior to a re-coating process in the field, so that quality of the coating film can be improved. CONSTITUTION: The amine blushing test kit comprises a coating film(5); a waterproof band(4) having adhesive strength and waterproof activity which is located on the coating film(5); a transparent waterproof polymer film(2) which covers the waterproof band(4) using a fixing adhesive tape(3) to form a space between the coating surface and the film(2); and a litmus paper(1) located in the space between the coating surface and the film(2).
