PURPOSE: A fiber sheet winding device for reinforcing a column structure is provided to cut down the cost, and to perform reinforcement for a short time by winding the fiber sheet on the column structure with the winding unit. CONSTITUTION: A fiber sheet winding device is composed of plural supporting frames(2) vertically arranged outside a column, a guide unit(6) composed of a moving rail part surrounding the outside of the column, fitted to the supporting frame and lifted up and down, a driving part(5) having a driving unit combined with the moving rail part and a cylinder unit for adjusting the length and moving around the column, a head part(3) installed to the end of the cylinder and composed of an impregnate tub for soaking a fiber sheet in resin and a winding unit winding the fiber sheet on the column, and a control unit controlling operation of the supporting frames, the guide unit, the driving part and the head part according to the processor.
