PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing a wet towel is provided to precisely cut out a towel fabric without a blade and fold and discharge the same at a constant size and provide a relatively simple and efficient structure. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises: a supply portion for supplying a towel fabric(3) with a cut line formed thereto by each predetermined length; a feed portion(13,14) disposed at the front of the supply portion with a feed path of the towel fabric(3) and for feeding the towel fabric(3); a pulling portion(28,29) disposed at the front of the feed portion and for feeding the towel fabric(3) to the front from the feed portion; and a discharge portion(37) for discharging the towel fed from the pulling portion.
