PURPOSE: A vibration-resistance and wind-resistance turn buckle is provided to absorb shock and vibration transmitted to a structure through a wire and to prevent breakdown of the structure and the wire by connecting a support plate with an elastic unit and pulling firmly the wire. CONSTITUTION: A vibration-resistance and wind-resistance turn buckle is composed of a first support plate(10) having a first screw hole(11) bored through the center and formed into a left screw; a second support plate(20) separated from the first support plate with corresponding to the first support plate and composed of a second screw hole(21) bored through the center and formed into a right screw; an elastic unit(30) of which both ends are contacted and fixed on the facing surface of the first and second support plates; a first fixing bar(40) of which one end is combined to the first screw hole and the other end has a first fixing unit(41) joined with a wire; and a second fixing bar(50) of which one end is combined to the second screw hole and the other end has a second fixing unit(51) joined with the wire. The length of the first and second fixing bars combined to the wire is changed by rotation of the first and second support plates.
