PURPOSE: A horizontal rotation-type parking device is provided to enable three-dimensional parking and exit of a vehicle by making the vehicle, which is mounted on a pallet, horizontally rotated by a rope transfer and to disperse transfer load of the pallet by making guide pulleys freely rotate according to transfer of the rope. CONSTITUTION: A horizontal rotation-type parking device comprises upper and lower frames(100a,100b) symmetrically installed in a state parallel to the ground by plural supports(101) vertically installed to the ground; guide pulleys of a disk shape(110) rotatably mounted to objects of both ends of the upper and lower frames; ropes(120) executing continuous rotational transfer in an overall shape along the upper and lower frames and the guide pulleys; pallets(130) of a planar plate shape horizontally combined to the lower ends of a pair of hangers in a state capable of mounting a vehicle; a pair of rails(140a,140b) installed in a parallel state on the inside of the lower frame and the ground under the lower frame; a chain conveyor(160) installed in a state parallel to the rail installed on the ground and driven by a drive motor(150); and inclined plates(170) arranged to the entrance and exit sides in the transfer direction of the pallet. Shafts(131) are combined to the rope at predetermined intervals in a parallel state. The upper ends of the hangers are combined to the ends of shafts.
