PURPOSE: A fresh fish conditioning and refrigerating display case is provided to condition, preserve and display the flesh of cut and sliced live fish for a long time without rigor mortis while keeping soft and delicate taste and freshness. CONSTITUTION: The fresh fish conditioning and refrigerating display case(1) comprises: upper and lower substrate units(100,200); a perspective window(300) and an opening and closing unit; enclosing holder unit(500,600) for coupling the upper and lower substrate units(100,200), the perspective window(300) and a shielding plate(310), and the opening and closing unit and a shielding plate and enclosing both opposite ends; and intermediate isolating holder unit(700) for isolating and separating the inside of the refrigerating display case(1) into a fridge chamber(F) and a mechanical chamber(M).
