PURPOSE: A steel composite member for a structure having a flange coupled with a prestress steel bar and a web provided with a corrugated steel plate is provided to restrain the transformation by shear buckling by using a corrugated steel plate and to restrain the transformation by deflection by improving resistance against tensile stress by using a steel pipe. CONSTITUTION: The steel composite member(10) for a structure having a flange coupled with a prestress steel bar and a web provided with a corrugated steel plate comprises: an upper flange(11) located on the upper side where a load is transferred; a corrugated steel plate(12) attached longitudinally on the base of the upper flange(11) to make one side erected and projected by turns in the direction of one side and the other side; and a steel pipe(13) attached to the other side of the corrugated steel plate, provided with a prestress steel bar(14) installed to an inner space and filled with concrete(15).
